Joan Vaudin
Following a private interment a Service of Celebration for the life of Joan Margaret Vaudin (née Duquemin), beloved wife of the late Terry, who died peacefully at Green Oaks Nursing Home, aged 95 years, was held at St Paul’s Methodist Church and was conducted by Revd Howard Stringer. Included in the service was the Bible Reading, John 14: 1-6, 27 read by Revd Stringer. Memories of mum by Peter Vaudin read out by Revd Stringer, The Eulogy was given by David Warr and Liz Darling read the Poem, Life Well Lived. The recessional music was Strangers on the shore by Acker Bilk.
The organist, Stephen Francis, accompanied the singing of Praise my soul the King of Heaven and Make me a channel of your peace.
