Michael Wherry
The funeral service for Michael (Mick) Bargery Wherry, dearly loved husband of Marilyn, who died peacefully at home, aged 90 years, was held at the Salvation Army and was conducted by Major Andrew Diaper-Clausen. Included in the service were family tributes and the Bible Reading 1 Corinthians 9: 24,25 read by Major Diaper-Clausen.
The organist, Wilson Le Page, accompanied the singing of Abide with me; fast falls the eventide and The Lord’s my Shepherd (Crimond).
The service was followed by private cremation.
