Margaret Barrett

The funeral service for Margaret (Maggie) Barrett (née McCormack), wife of the late Ian, who died peacefully at Maison De Quetteville, aged 82 years, was held at St Martin’s Parish Church and was conducted by The Very Revd John A Guille. Included in the service was the Eulogy given by Pierre Mahy, the Reading, God looked around his garden read by Christine Mahy and the Reading Ecclesiastes: Chapter 3 Verses 1-8 read by Revd Guille. During a period for reflection, Silent Night was sung by Jorja Barrett.

The organist, Joan Le Flem, accompanied the singing of The Lord’s my Shepherd (Crimond) and Jerusalem. The service was followed by private cremation.
