Geoffrey Young

The funeral service for Geoffrey (Geoff) Thomas Young dearly loved partner of Isabel, who died peacefully at Blanchelande Park Nursing Home, aged 77, was held at St John’s Church and was conducted by The Very Revd John A Guille. Included in the service were the Readings, All is Well by Canon Scott-Holland, read by Richard Jones, nephew and St John 14: 1-6, 29 read by Revd Guille. The recessional music was What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong.                    

The organist, Graham Martel, accompanied the singing of How great thou art and Great is thy faithfulness, O God my Father.

The service was followed by private cremation.

The arrangements were by Martels Funeral Services Ltd. with Joan Ozanne supervising.
