Rosalind Sackett

A Service of Celebration for the life of Rosalind (Ros) Elizabeth Sackett (née Morgan, formerly Wheadon), wife of Chris, who died at home, aged 79, was held at Les Cotils and was conducted by Celebrant, Annette Henry. Included in the service were reflections on Ros’s life, and the Eulogy, including tributes from the family, read by Annette. Emma Morgan, niece and goddaughter, shared her personal tribute together with a poem entitled, I carry your heart with me, I carry it in my heart. Jason Morgan, nephew and godson, shared his personal memories. During a period of contemplation, with photo montage, Nessi Gomes, soloist, sang live, Hold My Hand. The chosen hymn was Guide me, O thou great Redeemer. Closing music was, Sail Away by David Gray.
The service was followed by private cremation.
