Peggy Ingrouille

The funeral service for Peggy Joan Ingrouille (née Pattimore), widow of Tom who died peacefully at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, aged 93, was held at St John’s Church and was conducted by The Dean, The Very Revd Tim Barker. Included in the service were memories of Peggy, taken from Peggy’s own life story book, read by Peter Carey. The Poem, Lord, help me to live this day (attributed to St Francis of Assisi), read by Sue Germain and the Bible Reading, Psalm 46 read by Anita Carey.
The organist, Graham Martel, accompanied the singing of Morning has broken, Be still for the presence of the Lord and The King of love my shepherd is.
The service was followed by private cremation.

Donations in lieu of flowers were to be sent to Les Bourgs Hospice, Rue du Tertre, St Andrews, GY6 8SF or to St John’s Chuch, c/o The Treasurer, Mrs E Kaiulo, 19 La Reserve, Les Amballes, St Peter Port, GY1 1WT.
The arrangements were by Martels Funeral Services Ltd. with Paul Bougourd supervising.
