Edward (Eddie) Trebert

The funeral service for Edward (Eddie) Henry Trebert, husband of the late Doreen, who died at Summerland House Nursing Home, aged 92, was held at St Sampson’s Parish Church and was conducted by The Very Revd John A Guille. Included in the service was the Reading, Verses from Ecclesiastes Chapter 3. Chantelle, granddaughter, gave her own personal tribute. The recessional music was Simply the Best by Tina Turner.
The organist, Stephen Francis, accompanied the singing of Immortal, invisible, God only wise and Morning has broken.
The service was followed by private interment.

Roy Stanford, nephew (also representing Sue Roussell, niece); Mark Stanford, nephew (also representing Therese Savident); Anna Harvey, step-granddaughter (also representing Richard King, Joshua, Georgia and Jamie Harvey); Fiona Harvey, step-granddaughter (also representing David Crook, Shelley and Shona Crowther); Richard Harvey, step-grandson (also representing Kevin Harvey); Maurice Julou, cousin (also representing Simon Julou and Gwen Parsons).
Also present were: Jemima Mills; David Collingwood; Kim Ferbrache and Carole Renouf (also representing Debbie Bellis, Brendon Francis and Denise Board); Philomena Haddon; Janice Trebert (also representing Nick and Elise); Janet and Bob Harbottle; Claire Harbottle (also representing John Harbottle); Claire Veron; Jay Veron; Jean Rouget; Jessica Haysom.
Flowers were from: Kath and Pip. Chantelle and Alex. Stefan. Aaron, Kirsty, Nevaeh and Logan. Barbara, Tony and family.
Donations in lieu of flowers were to be sent to The Guernsey Society for Cancer Relief, c/o Mrs S Butler, Meldrum Way, Braye Road, Vale GY3 5PR.
The arrangements were by Martels Funeral Services Ltd. with Paul Bougourd supervising.
