Susan Spruce

The funeral service for Susan Spruce (née Nicolle), wife of Tony, who died at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, aged 74, was held at the Vale Parish Church and was conducted by The Very Revd John A Guille. The opening music was A Whiter Shade of Pale by Procol Harum. Included in the service was the reading, God looked around his Garden and the Bible Reading, verses from St Paul’s First Letter to the Corinthians, Chapter 15. The closing music was So I Could Find My Way by Enya. The organist, Andrew Warren, accompanied the singing of, All things bright and beautiful and Morning has broken. The service was followed by private interment.
