Steven McCormack

A service of celebration for the life of Steven (Steve) James McCormack, beloved son of Jane and the late Roy, who died aged 39, was held at Les Cotils and conducted by Revd Beverley Hervé. Opening the service was the music, Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay. Included in the service was a reading from Toilers of the Sea by Victor Hugo, the Bible Reading, Mark 4: 35-38 with a Tribute to Steven and the Poem, Gone Fishing. During a time of reflection, including a photo montage, Wake Me Up When September Ends by Green Day was played. The closing music was We Pray, by Coldplay. The organist, Joan Le Flem, accompanied the singing of Eternal Father, strong to save.
