Steve Le Maitre

The funeral service for Stephen (Steve) Paul Le Maitre husband of Gina, who died at home, aged 64, was held at St Stephen’s Church and was conducted by Fr Joe Thompson. Included in the service was the opening music, Nights in White Satin by the Moody Blues and the scripture reading, John 14: 1-6 was read by Fr Joe Thomson. The Eulogy consisted of a number of personal tributes that the family had previously recorded. The service ended with You’ll never walk alone by Gerry and the Pacemakers. The organist, Felicity Millard, accompanied the singing of Jerusalem and How great thou art. The service was followed by private interment.
